That's just how the template appears, if you type:

{{subst:book rationale|Incarnations of Immortality|http://www.mundania.com/books-underavelvetcloak.html|Mundania Press LLC}}

the result is:

purpose of use

In the purpose of use section on [1] the name of the article isn't being wikified. Any ideas why? --Rockfang 09:35, 2 December 2007 (UTC)

I've reincluded: {{subst:book rationale|Incarnations of Immortality|http://www.mundania.com/books-underavelvetcloak.html|Mundania Press LLC}} which has solved the problem. Addhoc 13:03, 2 December 2007 (UTC)
So did I put it in wrong or did the site have a bug? --Rockfang 19:19, 2 December 2007 (UTC)

Dont understand the template

Twice now I have tried to use the variant example shown on this page to add a rationale for a book with no mention of a website. Each time it drops in text talking about a website. I didn't mention any website, didn't plan to, don't know one.

For example, I place it here, please feel free to rub out if it is causing a problem and someone has figured out what is wrong:

Article Does Not Exist??

I don't know how to edit templates like this, but it seems to be an error for the rationale template to always say that the article doesn't exist. Could someone fix this? Thanks! Schwael (talk) 17:05, 26 February 2008 (UTC)

"Any article" is a placeholder use the name an actual article the image is used in.--BirgitteSB 20:52, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
